My name is Val Dolzikova and I am a founder of Ayurveda Holistic Treatment. I have graduated from Ayurveda Institute (London, UK) and have been awarded a diploma in Ayurvedic Lifestyle and Nutrition.

Why Ayurveda? 

Actually, it was the case of something that started as a bad thing and led to the fantastic changes in my life. Due to incorrect and inappropriate lifestyle I have developed a severe chronic UTI (those who have it, know what I am talking about!), which eventually became my blessing in disguise, as I tried traditional medicine first and ended up having antibiotic courses every 3 months, as the infection kept coming back. After the third antibiotic course in 7 months, I said to myself – This is not how it should be! I can’t keep destroying my gut flora with antibiotics! Also, eventually, all bacteria get resistant to the antibiotics and I definitely don’t want this to happen. So I started searching and found Ayurvedic consultant who in 6 weeks managed to help me to get rid of my constant UTIs, without prescribing me antibiotics!

Of course, I got curious in this ancient healing system, I have heard about it before, but my knowledge was very superficial and did not got further than popular website tests of identifying your body type. So I started to search for training, enrolled to a course and graduated.

What I like about Ayurveda is that it is a wholistic healing system which looks at the patient as a whole and treats it with respect without requesting for drastic changes in your lifestyle habits. What it does is gradually leading the person to the understanding why they have got this disorder, what has led to it and how it can be managed, and when a person knows about the cause and effect chain, they can make a choice and take responsibility for this choice.

We offer ayurvedic consultations online for our clients from all around the world. One of the few pluses the infamous pandemic has brought to us is that online consultations are not so unusual for us anymore. You can get precious advice and help without wasting your time for travelling. 

We offer help in managing and treating conditions/disorders like menstrual disorders, UTI, migraines,                           chronic fatigue syndrome, digestion problems, lifestyle management and many other issues, all you need to do is to fill in the form on the website and we will contact you within 1-3 working days maximum. 

We offer initial consultation that lasts for an hour, when you have an online appointment with an ayurvedic consultant who will discuss your condition/disorder, analyse it and understand what has caused your health issue, how it can be eliminated completely or how it can be managed to improve the quality of your life. We can either use Zoom or Skype, or various types of messengers, please let us know what you would prefer. 

Shortly after the consultation, a patient is given a list of medicines (herbs) and  explained how to use them. A consultant will also advice on lifestyle changes that will help to manage the disease/condition. You can always contact us after your initial consultation if you are not sure how to take the medicine or you have any other questions. 

Usually a follow up consultation is booked in 6 weeks after initial one. This is when you can discuss your results after taking prescribed herbs for 6 weeks, consultant checks the changes in your condition and if needed, adds/changes the line of your treatment. The follow-up consultation lasts for 30 min.

Initial consultation is 50 pounds (it lasts for 1 hour, herbs/medicines are not included in the price).

A follow-up consultation is 25 pounds (30 min).
